Jawad Ghosheh | Director of Global Service - Middle East

awad Ghosheh is a medical student at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine and a Medical Student Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School, where his research focuses on sleep health and population based interventions. His broader interests include global health, health systems strengthening, medical education, and improving healthcare access in underserved communities.

Jawad has contributed to research and global health initiatives focused on healthcare delivery, health system reconstruction, and capacity building, including collaborative sleep health research with the Ministry of Health in the United Arab Emirates. He is particularly passionate about developing sustainable, locally driven approaches to improving health and medical education across the Middle East.

As Director of Global Service for the Middle East at GHSEN, Jawad works to expand partnerships with hospitals, universities, and healthcare leaders throughout the region while creating opportunities for collaborative research, medical education, and service initiatives that strengthen healthcare systems.
